This is a rare sake Katsuma that has been laying around for a long time.
I wanted to make a bottle of it, but due to circumstances in the fridge and a new bottle available, I have now opened the bottle 🍾.
My impression is that it is a delicious, easy-drinking sake made with clean water (*´-`).
Neither modern nor classic, it has both fruity and delicious flavor, with just the right amount of spiciness to go with a meal😋.
I wish I could have tried it with Toyama's Kittokito fish 🐟.
Anyway, it was delicious👍
I wonder what I'll do with the 200 Kiri number 🤨.
