When you put it in your mouth, the flavor and sourness suddenly go bang! From there, the umami spreads further and the sourness doesn't retreat one step. The sweetness is also strong, but its presence is faint in front of this umami.
Even after you swallow it, the umami spreads with a further push. It is really peculiar.
I'm sorry, but I'm going to be honest. I wasn't expecting the taste of this sake. To be honest, I don't really like sake with a high amino acid content. But my curiosity got the better of me and I ordered it.
And yet, it's delicious! Even though it's really peculiar!
If I were to compare it to Ghibli, I'd say it's like Osira from "Spirited Away".
It's obviously not human. I've never seen her before. But he is surprisingly a good person. Oh, he's not a person but a god. It's so cute that he's doing the banzai at the ending.
