yosi
Junmai Ginjo-shu with a rice polishing ratio of 55%.
According to research, the brewer is Kobayashi Shuzo, founded in 1872.
The sake was named after the brewery's location in the village of Mitamura, which produces high quality rice.
When poured into a glass, it has a fresh, rich, sweet lychee-like ginjo aroma unique to new sake. A sip reveals a clean and crisp taste that is at odds with the rich aroma. The aftertaste is more acidic. This too is delicious.
