This is a fresh sake with a strong flavor, but the aroma and flavor are not as strong as the original.
The flavor is strong, but the aroma and mouthfeel are mild.
The second and third cups give slightly different impressions depending on the food, and before you know it, you are already enjoying it.
It is not at the forefront, but it plays a supporting role in a world where people are competing for individuality, and this may be valuable.
When I tried it heated, it seemed softer, so I alternated between cold and warmed sake to match the meal.
After the third day, the acidity became more pronounced when heated, so I kept it heated until the end.
