At Kusatsu Onsen Genji I have not been able to upload Kusatsu Onsen, so I will do so gradually! After leaving the company after half a day, we went to Nagai Shokudo, a restaurant famous for its "motsu-ni" (boiled vegetables). The parking lot was almost full. However, I was able to get a seat right away and had my long-awaited motsu-tei! It was delicious, garlicky, spicy, and tasty! It was fast, and the owner? She's funny and fun. Now, here is another popular restaurant in Kusatsu, Genji! I was also attracted to the local sake, Asamayama, Shiboritate, but I toasted with a local sake! No, it was beer, the toast. ( ˊInsert a beer...) Genji is also popular for their horse sashimi! I also love the meaty mussels. I also recommend their sake selection.
