100% Miyamanishiki, 55% polished rice ratio. Yeast used: Association 1801, etc. Alcohol 15.0, Sake meter value +2.5 to +3.5. It is a refreshing sake, but with a strong full-bodied flavor and aroma. It has umami and sharpness. It is a sake that makes you want to drink it again and again. The bottle reads, "We blended the "Aragashiri" and "Yame" portions of Junmai Ginjo and bottled it for the perfect midsummer flavor. There may be some light nigori (a light cloudiness) in the bottle, but we have left it as it is. Please shake well before tasting. Indeed, we enjoyed it cooled down thoroughly during this hot season.
