一本義 仙介🇺🇦
Sake from Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture.
The sake of the brewer, Inami Shuzo, has recently been seen in many places.
This is another reason for me to look for new Hyogo souvenirs.
The moment it hits the palate, it has a deep, sweet aroma typical of junmai sake. The sweetness is preceded by a rich, grape-like sweetness.
This spiciness is quite sharp and intense.
Between the sweetness and spiciness, there is a unique aroma similar to that of straw, and the taste is a bit harsh, which may be controversial.
How about when it is heated?
The warmth and rich sweetness come together.
It rushes up and is quickly enveloped by a pungent taste. The aftertaste is quite spicy.
The way the flavor expands, it is suitable for warmed sake.
