I heard that alpha type 1 has changed to Bodhi Hashiro this year, so I went all the way to Shorekiji Temple in Nara to learn about Bodhi Hashiro. I went all the way to Shoreki-ji in Nara to learn about Bodai Hashiroshi, which is often thought of as a sweet sake.
The sweetness gradually spreads. The fresh sweetness and acidity are enjoyable.
It goes well with fatty dishes, both Japanese and Western, as it drains the oil.
As a welcome addition, it has a strong presence on its own, and is also a fun accompaniment during a meal.
