Very soft ^ ^.
Moist, sweet, and really calm, as if it wraps around the whole tongue: ☺️
I think it can go with everything as a food sake, such as simmered dishes, sashimi, boiled vegetables, etc!
A bottle that you will never get tired of drinking 🍶.
The restaurant at the brewery was also excellent ^ ^.
