Sake made for the dedication of Kagura. Why go all the way for that? I thought, but it makes sense since it is a Shinto ritual.
It has a rich sweet aroma with a calm sweet and sour taste and a slightly hard aftertaste. It has a much lighter and more interesting mouthfeel than the aroma suggests.
