Grapefruit flavor. The sweetness is moderate, with a light gasiness that cuts through the grapefruit flavor. It is very rare for the Shinsei series to have a strong sweet taste. I have never tasted it before.
The balance of astringency and acidity seems to give a grapefruit taste. It's a perfect flavor! It's a perfect accompaniment to a battery-type snack.
