The gentle sweetness of Ishikamon is delightful. When you take a sip, the strong flavor spreads in your mouth. Then, the fruit aroma comes through the nose. It is the sake which chooses the side dish. Sashimi is not good. If you sprinkle lemon lightly on Yanagiba fish and taste them alternately, you can bring out the best of each other.
