Impression: It is light. It's refreshing, but the sweetness and low alcohol content make it easier to drink than refreshing. Kaze no Mori's greatest feature is its slight carbonation, which makes it easy to drink as if it were water. Personally, I have the impression of Senkou Beetle - refreshing and sweet. It is a perfect sake for aperitifs. I want to drink it again.
