A comparison of serious sake to be exhibited at the National New Sake Competition in 2020, 2021, and 2022!
The last one is 2022.
The last one is 2022. It is a dry sake with a little less sweetness and more umami alcohol. The alcohol taste is just as clear as that of the 2020. I prefer 2021 if I were to drink it by itself, but if I were to drink it with a side dish, this is the one I would choose.
It was a great comparison.
