The first bottle of Rusty Cat Rocks dry x3, released on June 9 (Rocks Day) from Inomata Shuzo, was opened for the first time.
The first sip has a smooth, bitter and umami flavor. The flavor is perfect for a food sake, where you can feel the umami on your tongue. This would be a perfect match for a rich Chinese meal or a Western meal with a thick demi-glace sauce.
This is a bottle that made me feel like I had a new encounter with a cute cat. It is delicious.
