This bottle of 2022BY was given to me by my sister and her husband. As soon as I poured it into a sake cup with five ladles, it had a magnificent brownish color (◎-◎;). I couldn't find any details about the product when I googled it, except that it is made from glutinous rice, so I'll spare you the specs. I don't know if it is this color because it is made from rice cake? It has a light aroma of aging, so it must have been aged at least a while. But I think this is enjoyable in its own way...
