程咬金The first sake I ever drank♪
During the tasting, I had a sake made with brown rice of this. It was interesting and complex in flavor, but I ended up with 70% polished rice.
It had a slightly old sake feel, but of course it had a freshness to it, and it was interesting and delicious.
