On the way back from a business trip to Ishinomaki, I bought a bottle at Sendai station. I chose a brand I had never seen before, so naturally it was my first drink.
It was also the first time for me to register it at Sake-no-wa. I thought it was famous because it was prominently displayed on the shelf, but I heard it was not so famous. Is it not sold outside of the local area?
The taste is light, dry, and refreshing, and you can enjoy the sake flavor. There is almost no ginjo aroma, and it has a sharp taste, so I think it is a sake for older men.
