This sake is named after the character for Yuriage.
It is a junmai-shu made with less pesticide Hitomebore from Natori City and JSA No. 9 yeast.
It has a crisp taste that does not interfere with the taste of the food.
Although the reconstruction of the city may still be in progress, this sake gave me a sense of vitality.
