This is a souvenir from my husband's touring trip to Yasugi City.
I heard that this brand has sweet and dry taste, but I asked for the sweet one.
It has a gentle sweetness of rice, but it is not sweet at all. It has a sharp and strong acidity and a soft aftertaste 😉👍️.
It goes great with Shimizu Yokan, Yasugi City's famous sweets ❤️💕.
The rice used to make it is modified Omachi, which has been improved to suit Shimane's climate 😃.

Alcohol content 15%.
