くにぽん
For the sake to end the year 2021, we decided to have a sake from Yamagata. I asked Mr. Kihachiro Kato, who was selling sake at Marui Imai Sapporo for a limited time, if he could give me a sake that was closest in taste to "Sugi no Kami Kojo" (Kunipon's favorite, but hard to find in Sapporo). I was so excited that I went to buy it yesterday, slipping and sliding on the ice on my feet, and got it wild.
The aroma of fresh cedar (Kunipon calls it the taste of tatami mats), the sharpness is amazing, it's really delicious, I love it, it's the best.
I'm going to drink it while watching Hiroko Yakushimaru at Kohaku and eating cheese in Tsurui village.
