I bought it on impulse because of the cute label.
As the name suggests, it is a cooking sake with a light flavor.
It looks delicious with dashi soup stock. It would also be delicious warmed up.

The second glass was heated.
The aroma and flavor came out immediately!
This is good for warming up!
It is also delicious with dried cod instead of fugu fillet!
