I picked up three bottles to compare. Last time, I got HIZIRIZM Sake Mother Active Sake, which was called "Calpis Soda for Adults," and I liked its Yakult-like lactic acidity, so I have high expectations for this cloudy one.
HIZIRIZM is a new brand for some of the stores that carry the limited distribution sake "Sei". I will open a bottle of this one, which is said to have a unique clean aftertaste and a moderate sweetness peculiar to white malted rice.
It contains carbon dioxide gas for a good fizzy feeling and a refreshing acidity. Hitomebore from Gunma Prefecture is used and the alcohol content is 12%.
It is easy to drink!
