Simple, slightly dry and a little sugary sourness.
Warmed up, it is more plump and delicious!
The Ota Sake Brewery near Horyuji Temple is a very elegant building.
The brewer is Kasugayama Sake Brewery, and I was very interested in their sake!
Every year during the year-end and New Year's holidays, I leave TV Osaka on!
After all, it is the best way to forget the New Year!
