gomibako
I heard that it is a product limited to roadside stations.
However, it is delicious.
The aroma is gorgeous and the taste is refreshingly sweet.
However, it tastes a little like rice? Aroma like amazake (sweet sake) comes in afterwards. Is it because it is unfiltered?
If you drink it in small gulps, you may taste a little bit of alcohol. If you drink it in small sips, you won't mind it at all.
I think this is my favorite Sekiya sake among all the Sekiya sake breweries I have had so far.
