It's been quite a while since I've posted!
My wife is back home today, so I'm wandering around town by myself. I have been curious about this restaurant for a while now, and the atmosphere and quality of the food are just what I had envisioned! The seasonal vegetables are especially delicious! The seasonal vegetables in particular are so good that you wonder if the price is right!
The only thing to go with such excellent food is local sake, and that's why I decided to try the sake they have at the restaurant! So I ordered a bottle of "Kujira Masamune," which is available at the restaurant. This sake is cold and has a crisp flavor, so I think it is the perfect sake to pair with summer vegetables!
I think you will feel like you have more energy by eating delicious vegetables that are in season, so please enjoy!
