2022-16 Old-fashioned Daiginjo
This is also a gift from Tenzan Shuzo, famous for its Shichida. Daiginjo is a category I don't often drink, but how was it?
The first day, it was cold and had a pineapple mouthfeel, not spicy but with presence. 17%, apparently, is not heavy, but it tastes heavy and old-fashioned to those who are used to drinking 13%.
On the third day, the corners are removed and the mouthfeel is good. It has a pear-like sweetness, but the finish is clean and short.
On the 7th day, the sweetness is not too much, and it flows more smoothly. This is not bad. Slightly up-graded.
