I was in Toyohashi until the evening today.
On the way home, we went to a directly-operated store of "Yamasa", a chikuwa (dried fish paste) maker.
As expected from a fish paste shop, the oden and sardine paste are delicious 😋.
Oden is made with sweet red miso paste!
It is sure to go well with sake even before you drink it!
And...it goes perfectly!
I thought that sake from Aichi Prefecture would have a somewhat sweet structure, but... this was refreshing!
You can drink the sake by itself, but it's also a great combination.
I mean, this sake is really a refreshing sake with no stinging sensation!
It is a gentle sake that I would like to drink every day 🍶.
