Brubeck
We savored a sake from Bizen Akaiwa.
When I remembered drinking "Momo no Sato" before, I had the impression that it was quite sweet, but this "Funakuchi" had a fresh and fruity taste, with a piquant carbonation, acidity, and a slight bitterness.
After opening the package, I felt that the sweetness gradually grew as time went by. "This, this sweetness... The memory of the time when I drank "Momo no Sato" before came back to my mind.
I think the fresh taste is more in line with the current trend, but I think I prefer the taste after a little while after opening, when the sweetness rises.
It was a delicious sake with an appealing transition of flavors.
