Pear-like aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it's very crispy. Sweet and refreshing, good for summer. Goes well with rice. I like it.
Since I was in Nagoya, I went to Liquor World 21 Shibata in front of Nagoya Station to buy some local sake.
I learned about the Mizutani Shuzo Fire from a flyer in the store and bought some. It is made by Yamazaki Goushi Kaisha. Both breweries are located in the Mikawa Bay area. I had never heard of them before.
I went to SAKAE SAKE SQUARE 2025. It was hot. I didn't raise anything to SAKE WA, but I was able to learn about many sake breweries in Aichi and Gifu, and I was able to tell Mr. Yamauchi Sake Brewery that his fumamori was delicious, so I am glad that I went.
