禊萩（養殖）
Sake from a rare sake brewery in Shirotori, Gujo, where all sake is brewed with flower yeast, which is unique in Japan.
The color is slightly amber. The aroma is subdued, but in the mouth you can taste the refreshing acidity and umami of the sake.
It can be served cold or warmed.
