Another sake that was served with the pairing of amberjack (amberjack) and sake.
It was doburoku, which I didn't expect.
It was a completely different flavor from that of Kaze no Mori.
The concept of this sake was to marry the fermentation of miso and doburoku by tasting the amberjack well.
I wonder if it means that the flavor of the sake can be enhanced by tasting the dish thoroughly.
I wrote something like that, but I am not sure if it is correct.
However, I personally enjoyed this pairing very much.
