It has been a long time since I have tasted this Yamagata brand. The sensation of drinking it is that it is so light that it goes down as easily as water, but the flavor is so rich because it is a pure sake. The specs are as follows
Rice used: 100% Yamagata rice (both koji and kake)
Polishing ratio = 50%.
Sake meter = -4
Acidity = 1.6
