I drank the Mimuro Cedar's after the Sentry. We compared drinks, same rice, similar in feeling, but The mimuro cedar seems to be more assertive than the hermaphrodite. It felt mature and elegant with a variety of corners removed. I'm not classy myself, so I prefer the hermaphrodite.
