Good evening, I'm posting a series of posts that I've been sleeping on for a year 😅. La Jomon Screaming in the Dirt Fire Iri 2022BY😱😱😱😱 I'll try to drink it because I have to circulate the stock. I was going to compare it with the brown bottle (🟤) because it's Rikuu 132 & No.6 yeast, but I'll just drink this one because I'm sick of wasting it. The aroma is a mild and clean gourd aroma, but I can't think of a good way to describe it 🤔, but it has a peculiarity that is typical of indigenous varieties, and I feel grape-like and chestnut-like. The attack is grape🍇sweet and acidic, and the rice is easy to drink with a nice fullness 😋😋😋😋 The second half is mainly astringent and dry, with a punch👊and it can be used as both a stand alone sake and a food wine. ☺️
