Purchased at the Yamagata Antenna Shop in Ginza.
I've had Yamagata's Sou Yuu a few times and thought it was delicious, but
I thought it was delicious, and this is the brand of that brewery.
It has a ginjo aroma like chocolate.
In the mouth, the acidity and sweetness are exquisite. It has an aromatic flavor.
I tasted it with sake only, but what would go well with it?
It is a work of art that entertains such imagination.
