The sense of balance between the fizz of Kaze no Mori, the freshness of the raw sake, and the minerality is exquisite. There must be no one who doesn't like it. I recommend this sake to sake beginners.
I would rather enjoy sake by itself at a temperature of -5 degrees Celsius than with food. The alcohol content is not high, so it is true that there is a lingering feeling of a lack of something. I opened a bottle right away (laugh). It doesn't last long, so I must drink it yesterday.
