It was named with the meaning of "a sake that opens the heart of the drinker in a refreshing manner" or something like that. This brand was already available before "Nikko-Homare". It focuses on junmai brewing, and 90% of the rice is grown in Tochigi Prefecture. It is a rather sweet sake with a unique deep umami flavor in a mellow taste. The aftertaste is quite lingering. The top aroma is of fukashi imo (steamed sweet potatoes).
