I stopped by the brewery on my way to Tottori Sand Dunes to get a satellite stamp for the Osaka-Kansai Expo. The sake is limited to one bottle and has a nice local appearance. It is also a junmai class sake and has a great cost performance. It is even better when heated, and I would like to make it a regular sake.
