Konan pickled vegetables (Hon mirin)
This sake is from Higashinada-Mikagego.
It is a Konan pickles company, but it is also a member of the sake brewers association.
This is my first time to drink Hon Mirin.
It smells a little bit twisted.
This is good. The taste is very fine and smooth. It has a rich, dense sweetness and texture! I didn't know mirin could be this good.
I was a little (a lot) fascinated!
Actually, this was the best one I had today.
At Nada Gogo Sake Brewery
The last drink I had was the superb Kuromatsu Kenbishi highball.
What is this?
The richness and shape of kenrishige are still there.
The dark sake lees-like sweet and astringent taste is well balanced by the carbonation.
The taste that escapes through the nose is also very nice.
After enjoying Nada sake, I went outside to find that the rain had stopped.
After that, I had ramen in front of Mikage station, and for some reason (I was too drunk to remember why), I also had ramen in front of JR Sumiyoshi station before going home (I like ramen as much as I like sake).
