So fresh!!! Fresh and full of sweet and sour delight 😆.
I thought it would be nice to have this with grilled oysters. It is rich in acidity, but it is calmer than white wine, so it goes well with it!
But it leaves a fishy aftertaste, so it is best washed down with sake, Hiroshima sake 🍶. The sake recommended was Kamoizumi's Nama sake.
Western food, after dinner sake, it's versatile! Wait, I'm glad I came across it 😆.
