The sake is served as an aperitif, but it has a soft mouthfeel that doesn't let you feel the alcohol in the sake, and although you feel the strong aroma at the moment you drink it, the taste and aroma don't linger afterwards and don't interfere with the meal.
It is a very easy sake for beginners to drink.
