ペンギンブルー
It's a brand that I found attractive before.
Pithy alcoholiness and squeaky lemon-like sharp acidity and bitters.
Glue-like chemical smell in the background... young pineapple-like fruity flavor? Complex?
Hmmm...some kind of intellectual but delicate masculine feel.
I don't like it on its own.
Masurao's barracuda sashimi is my guess.
It's fatty, softly grilled, and delicious.
I couldn't put it on the menu, but I enjoyed the fried prawns, which were about the size of chopsticks.
When paired with this sake, the acidity neutralized the fat and gave it a tropical flavor, which was not bad at all.
Masurao, Monzennakacho
