Mayugurokamome
The first sip gives the impression of being slightly dry, with a strange flavor that may or may not be habitual. However, when served with mozuku vinegar, octopus sashimi, and Camembert cheese, the sake has the power to encompass a variety of exquisitely different tastes. It is delicious.
