Nihonshu punk
To celebrate the end of the Swedish winter I decided to drink this bottle of Manotsuru dry Junmai!
This is my first time with a dry nihonshu. It's almost bitter, the nose somewhat reminded me of beer. Very interesting, I detect almost no fruity or floral flavours, but a subtle hint of umami and acidity.... but I need to study more before I am an expert :)
