ゆきIn search of a nice liquor store, we went to Jizake Nisijima. They had a variety of rare sake. One of them was a local sake from Tochigi!
It's a sake brewery in the west. I was surprised at how gorgeous and sweet it was! It's a sake that seems to be popular with girls. I thought I'd spread the word that Tochigi isn't just about Hououmita. We had it with crab shabu, which is a hometown gift.
