アツシOmachi Junmai Daiginjo. This alone is guaranteed to be delicious, but it was still the most delicious sake.
It has a mild ginjo aroma.
It has a firm flavor that is not too sweet and disappears quickly. I thought this might be the perfect form of sake. It is really delicious.
