I looked at the label and saw that it was made in December 2015! What a surprise, it was aged for 5 years as a raw sake, and it was indeed very rich. It has a dense peach-like aroma and sweetness, followed by a slight citrus freshness. It is dark and tart in appearance. It is rich like honey. It has a slight spiciness at the end. I think I would like to drink it with something sweet or fruit.
