It has a mellow mouthfeel and a gasiness that overflows even in the mouth. It has a mild sweetness and a gentle bitterness. The second half of the bottle is dry and finishes crisp and clean. It was a delicious nigori sake with a dry and light taste, while still having enough volume to have a lump of lees.
