It tastes like mirin, grain vinegar, cottage cheese, with a little soy sauce.
It's similar to Daruma Masamune, but different.
It tastes different from Daruma Masamune.
The label says it is made from yellow rice malt for shochu.
The rice polishing ratio is 90%.
